It's time to wave goodbye to 2026, and we're doing it in style at The Aussie!

DJs and live entertainment will be rotating from 8pm until the clock strikes 12 when we'll officially say goodbye to the year that was.

Bookings at The Aussie for NYE are $80 per person as a minimum spend, with the option of adding a bottle of Veuve Clicquot or a dozen Sydney Rock Oysters so you can ring in 2027 in style.

Bookings are absolutely essential for this once-a-year experience, and spots will book out quickly. For large groups or exclusive bookings, please email functions@australianheritagehotel.com and we'll be in touch soon!

*PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a Rooftop Booking*
